Return Policy

All our products are crafted with utmost care and intricately embellished with hand & machine embroidery and hand printing. Each piece is customised for you individually. As the garment is made on order, we are bound to have a policy of no exchanges or returns.

Exchance is possble only in case of dispatch of incorrect item. In this case your return request should be sent by email to poojamago@gmail.com  within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Requests send after 24 hours of delivery of parcel will not be eligible for returns.

If you receive your order in a parcel and packaging that appears to have been tampered with, damaged or is in an unsealed condition, you are advised not to accept such a parcel and do not open the package.

The colour of the garment may sometimes not be exactly same as shown in the pictures, as these appear to be different in pictures due to several reasons such as lighting during photography and photo finishing. There can be slight difference in embroideries as these are totally hand crafted. Please do keep this in view whenever you order. While making the final transaction, it is understood that you agree with these terms & conditions.
